Responsibilities include receiving and responding to community inquiries or concerns regarding children/youth that may be in need of intervention as per the CYFE Act. This may include de-escalating situations, providing detailed referral information or initiating the safety phase of an assessment with respect to the child/youth; liaising with area stakeholders, agencies, and family support services in the community; working collaboratively with various teams in order to meet the needs of child/youth
